I have also tried it on one of those refrigerated rolls of dog food and found that it worked well with that, and was much safer than trying to balance the roll and a knife over the food bowl whilst trying to cut the dog food. "Some years ago I tried to source exactly the idea you have come up with. Scoured the world and was only able to come up with a product produced in Germany by Kozial.. in hard plastic. I found an agent in Australia and purchased a quantity for my clients as Christmas presents. They went down very well. I have been in business for twenty years now and want to expand into selling pet related products. That is well designed rather catchy, innovative and useful. The specially made cup was fantastic for my dry food, I have 2 small dogs and they are on a fairly strict diet, so this means that I can be confident in knowing that it is exactly a cup, and it is convenient and again no longer getting my utensils confused with theirs.
